Sunday, June 20th Six bikes set off for the Union
Station Hotel in Port Deposit Md. The weather was clear
and hot, the route was 295 to Commodore Barry Bridge
then down route 1 to the Susquehanna River where we
turned to get to the hotel. Had a nice lunch of spit
roasted Ham, Turkey or Beef sandwiches? Then took a
nice ride down over and back up the river, where yes we
did find a dirt road in the Susquehanna State park
where we also visited a working grain mill. Afterwards
we crossed the Connawingo Dam and drove home the way we
came.
Sunday, .June 27, 2010 Open ride, Nice weather lured 5
bikes out to first visit the Traveling Vietnam Wall
Memorial in Lawrenceville NJ. Then off to Seaside for
Lunch @ the Sawmill.
Sunday, July 4th, 2010 Poker Run Preride. Hot sunny
day, four bikes set out to pre ride the poker run route
in preparation for the following week.
Sunday, July 13th, 2010 Our Poker Run Beginning in
Mills parking lot with card stops @ the Picallily Inn
and the Sweetwater Casino and finish @ the Hedger House
in Chatsworth. 436 attendees had a good time while AJ
one of our own won the slow race, in spite of
congestion in the food line the event is considered a
success
